Join Pace Car Rental Umhlanga Branch! Reservations Agent & Operations Agent
Were growing our team and looking for a passionate Reservations Agent and Operations Agent to deliver exceptional service at our Umhlanga branch.
Reservations Agent:
- Manage vehicle bookings and customer inquiries
- Ensure accurate reservations and payments
- Resolve booking issues professionally
Operations Agent:
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch and returns
- Oversee vehicle inspections and readiness
- Assist with fleet logistics and customer support
What were looking for:
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work shifts weekends and public holidays
- Drivers license - no comprise! Your application will be declined if you dont have a drivers license
- Attention to detail and teamwork mindset
