Your Mission:
- Deliver top-tier personalized travel support to business travelers
- Assist with travel or tech-related issues from simple platform queries to urgent last-minute emergencies
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform features to offer exceptional service
- Build meaningful relationships with global team members and collaborate cross-functionally
- Provide valuable insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
What You Bring:
- C2 Level fluent German speaker with fluent English (B2)
- Background in customer service ideally within travel or hospitality
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre Amadeus Galileo or Worldspan (mandatory)
- Motivated by performance metrics and delivering high-quality service
- Excellent communication skills able to craft thoughtful personalized responses
- A collaborative team player who values feedback and supports others
- Tech-savvy with tools like Gmail Zendesk Slack Salesforce and in-house platforms
- Availability for shift-based work: Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00 on a rotating schedule
