Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll management or related services.
A recognised qualification in payroll or a relevant financial discipline.
Demonstrated ability to lead payroll functions and ensure compliance.
Scope of Work
Expected to use Sage 300 Payroll and offer the following services:
1. Full monthly payroll processing for all staff members and independent contractors (classifiers).
2. Management of:
- Payroll queries
- Leave administration
- Ad hoc payroll matters
3. Compliance with applicable South African labour laws and tax regulations including for independent contractors.
4. Support on Sage 300 ESS (Employee Self Service).
5. Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly payroll reports to both Human Capital and Finance units.
6. Management of a payroll base consisting of fewer than 150 employees including independent contractors.
