Job Description
A public sector entity seeks the services of a professional and certified executive coach to provide coaching support to line managers in their role as organisational leaders during these volatile uncertain complex and ambiguous socio economic times.
Scope of Work
- The selected coach will be expected to equip line managers to:
- Tap into their unlimited potential.
- Become effective leaders.
- Gain new perspectives insight and clarity as visionary business leaders.
- Gain empowerment and focus.
- Enhance their powers of negotiation and persuasion.
- Balance the wheel of life in high-pressure roles.
Required Coaching Outputs Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Coaching on handling departmental conflict performance agreement meetings chairing departmental meetings and conflict resolution.
- Clarifying roles between line managers and employees.
- Support in performance management meetings at various intervals.
- Assisting in setting departmental goals aligned with company objectives.
- Coaching in activity prioritisation (high- to low-priority scheduling).
- Support in composing effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Guidance on developing training plans.
- Identifying employees for personal development.
- Interview preparation and staff appointment coaching.
Requirements
- Professional and Certified Executive Coach (certification proof required).
- Accreditation by a recognised professional body.
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an executive coach.
- At least five (5) testimonials from successfully coached executives.
- Previous corporate leadership experience in public or private sectors (advantageous).
- Submission of a coaching outline before the commencement of services.
- Progress reporting to the CEO throughout the project.
- Awarding of a Certificate of Competence to each participating line manager upon completion.
- Coaching fees to be included in the quotation and final invoice.
- Invoice must reflect an official order number for payment processing.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory.
