Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the finance function overseeing all financial reporting budgeting and compliance activities.
- Prepare monthly management reports and year-end financial statements and ensure accurate tax and regulatory submissions.
- Manage relationships with Auditors bankers and external service providers.
- Oversee treasury functions including bank accounts foreign exchange and insurance coverage.
- Assist the executive team with financial modelling and payroll administration.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualifications:
- BCom Honours with 3-year articles.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a finance role with hands-on experience in financial reporting tax and compliance.
- Skills:
- Advanced accounting and tax knowledge.
- Strong Excel and modelling skills
- Understanding of financial markets and commercial regulations (e.g. Payroll Companies Act and ESG).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
