Procurement Supervisor

Were looking for a Procurement Supervisor to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations ensuring quality efficiency and cost-effectiveness at every turn.
What Youll Be Doing:

Lead & Supervise: Manage the daily workflow of the procurement team and ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Source & Negotiate: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate top-value contracts and terms.

Approve & Optimize: Review purchase orders monitor stock levels and streamline procurement to match budget and operational targets.

Report & Analyse: Track vendor performance analyse market trends and generate insightful procurement reports and savings forecasts.

Ensure Compliance: Uphold ethical and procedural standards across all procurement activities coordinating closely with internal departments like finance logistics and operations.
What You Bring:

Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Procurement or Business Administration

3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain including 1 year in a supervisory role

Strong skills in negotiation vendor management and ERP/procurement software
An analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication abilities

Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
