Location: Tshwane Northern Region Job Type: Independent Contractor We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Clinical Facilitator to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will support the onboarding training and registration of temporary nursing staff for placement at private hospitals.
Minimum Requirements:
Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse and Midwife
Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Education (Diploma or Degree)
Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical nursing experience
At least 2 years experience in a Private Hospital setting
ICU experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Valid drivers license and own transport is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate orientation induction and training of temp nursing staff
Ensure clinical competence and readiness of nursing personnel
Collaborate with Nurse and Unit Managers to assess training needs and implement solutions
Monitor staff conduct manage incidents and support performance management processes
Maintain up-to-date staff training records and assist with database administration
Attend clinical meetings and stay informed on industry trends and compliance
Support staff through mentorship and professional development
Apply understanding of labour legislation including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act

Strong clinical credibility and nursing knowledge
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional adaptable and client-focused
