- Act as a subject matter expert identifying opportunities to enhance applications evaluating new technologies and making strategic recommendations for implementation.
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers guiding them on technical design troubleshooting complex issues and fostering their professional growth.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation and contribute actively to the teams knowledge base.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solutions.
- Ensure all development work adheres to established quality standards and change control processes.
