Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Software Testers ensuring delivery of high-quality testing within project deadlines.
- Perform a range of testing activities including manual automated functional regression and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with Developers to identify track and resolve defects efficiently.
- Document and maintain comprehensive test cases test results and defect logs.
- Communicate test outcomes and defect statuses clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes tools and standards within the team.
Minimum Requirements:
- 68 years of experience in software testing preferably within the Supply Chain or Retail sectors.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium Jira and TestRail.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of 12 Software Testers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create document and execute test plans and report on findings clearly.
Advantageous Skills:
- Experience in international Supply Chain Logistics or Freight Forwarding environments.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and scripting.
- Knowledge of API and integration testing.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software compliance standards.
