Description
Hire Resolves client is a leading player in the merchandising and clothing industry renowned for delivering high-quality apparel products to top global brands. They are currently seeking a QA/QC Specialist to join their dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of quality across their production and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications
Conduct inline and final inspections of garments and merchandise across multiple production stages
Collaborate with design merchandising and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to QA/QC inspections and audits
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials meet quality benchmarks
Train production staff on quality assurance techniques and best practices
Stay current on industry trends compliance regulations and sustainability standards
Requirements:
Proven experience (3 years) in QA/QC within the apparel fashion or textile industry
Strong understanding of garment construction materials and finishing techniques
Knowledge of international quality standards (AQL ISO etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology Fashion Design Quality Management or related field (preferred)
