This Position reports to:
Quality ManagerIn this role you will support the Quality team in a compliance-focused project ensuring permanent product compliance and implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS) according to ISO standards. Your main tasks will include adapting products to meet evolving standards (IEC UL) regulations (LVD WEEE Conflict Minerals) and market requirements (Environmental Declarations). Additionally you will contribute to the IMS a framework of policies and procedures designed to improve Quality Environmental and Safety performance through continuous improvement.
The work model for the role is: Onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
promoting and supporting the deployment of the local Quality strategy to accelerate the rate of operational Department.
establishing and implementing Quality priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the local operation.
conducting benchmarking and best practice spreading within the operations to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.
ensuring conformance with instructions guidelines and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office Package.
You are captivated by Problem solving result orientation and teamwork complete the profile.
Degree in Engineering or Scientific Area within the area of Quality.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
