Job Description
Are you a skilled Maintenance Fitter with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly Were looking for a proactive and hands-on individual to join our maintenance team and help ensure our equipment and facilities operate at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical maintenance repairs and installations on machinery and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs.
Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve plant reliability.
Requirements:
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a maintenance fitter role.
Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and use a range of hand and power tools.
Commitment to safe work practices and OH&S
