Role Context
Develop and maintain effective remuneration policies benefit schemes and C&B processes in alignment with overall global DHL HR strategy and corporate DPDHL guidelines with the objective to support DHLs business by ensuring attraction motivation and retention of highly qualified and performing employees.
Responsible for 40 countries within Sub Sahara Africa
