Work hours: Full-time with flexibility but strong overlap with U.S. business hours required
Position Summary
Our U.S. client is a mission-driven real estate investment and development company focused on affordable-by-design housing in high-demand neighborhoods.
This role is ideal for someone with 5 7 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) preferably in a capital-raising private equity or investment advisory context. You ll play a central role in outbound outreach CRM management investor communication and relationship development helping to expand our capital base and deepen investor engagement.
Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct cold and warm outreach to prospective investors via email LinkedIn and Twitter
Research and identify qualified leads across accredited investors family offices and wealth managers
Craft thoughtful on-brand messaging for initial contact and follow-ups
Coordinate appointment setting and scheduling of investor calls with the Founder
Investor Pipeline Management
Maintain and organize all investor touchpoints using HubSpot CRM
Ensure consistent follow-up across multiple communication stages
Track pipeline performance and conversion metrics to support ongoing capital campaigns
Investor Communications
Assist with pre-screening calls take detailed notes and help qualify potential investors
Draft concise personalized follow-up emails and investor updates
Support the preparation of deal summaries pitch decks and quarterly communications
Social Media & Network Engagement
Manage and grow the company s LinkedIn and Twitter presence
Conduct light interaction (likes reposts comments) with prospective investors and thought leaders
Assist with social messaging campaigns around live offerings webinars and investor content
QUALIFICATIONS
5 7 years of experience in investor relations private equity fundraising or financial services
Proven success working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
Experience managing CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and outbound communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English
Professional reliable and discreet with sensitive investor information
Self-starter with strong time management attention to detail and follow-through
Familiarity with private placements real estate investments or alternative assets is a plus
