This is a relationship-based sales role focused onservicing and growing existing accounts. Youll support school and district clients with reorders recommend new offerings and help increase order size. Over time youll also help identify and nurture expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
Maintain and deepen relationships with current school and district customers in Florida
Follow up on previous orders and identify upsell opportunities
Recommend tailored book packages based on customer needs
Keep CRM updated with customer interactions and order status
Collaborate with operations on inventory and fulfillment
Help identify expansion opportunities outside Florida
Requirements
2 years in sales account management or educational services
Friendly warm communicator with a passion for education and reading
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Motivated by relationship building and customer success
