Job Description
Lead and mentor from concept to delivery including architecture and interface management
Use modeling and simulation (MATLAB Python) to assess system performance and mitigate risks
Collaborate with engineering teams to plan execute and analyze system integration and testing
Engage with customers to gather requirements deliver technical presentations and provide ongoing support
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
Develop software requirements to specify system functionality and performance
Analyze radar performance data using statistical methods to identify trends and issues
Create custom tools (MATLAB/Python) to streamline analysis and troubleshooting
Present technical findings and solutions to leadership customers and stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
Minimum qualification: (Electronic).
Minimum of 10 years experience
Proven experience in systems engineering: requirements definition architecture development and interface management.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in modeling simulation and risk assessment.
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
