About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly technical Sales Analyst to support our Business Development Manager (BDM) in driving growth across B2B foodservice and retail channels. This is not a strategic role it is hands-on and operational focused on building and maintaining the backend infrastructure needed for high-performance sales activity.You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining HubSpot CRM managing lead data executing outbound campaigns and supporting marketing and website operations at the technical level.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Ownership
- Implement and configure our HubSpot CRM based on defined sales processes
- Maintain data accuracy reporting dashboards and custom fields
- Monitor lead progression through the funnel and flag issues to the BDM
Lead Sourcing & Database Management
- Conduct desk research to identify potential leads across priority segments
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo and web scraping where appropriate
- Input and enrich contact records in CRM with relevant metadata (e.g. industry size decision-maker)
Outbound Execution
- Support cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn (using templates or sequences provided)
- Monitor email deliverability bounce rates and support warm-up processes
- Track and report contact engagement using HubSpot analytics
Marketing & Website Support (Non-Strategic)
- Upload and update content on website (e.g. case studies blog posts landing pages) using CMS tools like Webflow or WordPress
- Manage email marketing lists and deploy newsletters or nurture sequences
- Support the technical execution of paid media (uploading creatives tagging reporting)
Content Support
- Organise content calendar and assist with scheduling posts
- Upload social and sales enablement content into relevant systems (e.g. HubSpot LinkedIn Company Page)
Skills & Experience Required
- 24 years experience in a sales marketing or revenue operations support role
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM setup workflows reporting and contact management
- Strong technical execution skills (e.g. email tools CMS spreadsheets)
- Comfortable working with contact databases list segmentation and campaign deployment
- Experience with lead generation tools and light data scraping or enrichment
- Good written English; able to handle client-facing emails using templates
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo ZoomInfo or similar lead gen platforms is a plus
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello ClickUp Notion) is a bonus
