REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Commerce () National Diploma or a similar analytical and commercial qualification with a focus on consumerism business and retail understanding
Work experience (preferably in the plastic packaging industry)
Experience or exposure to sales within a B2B environment

DUTIES:
Develop Customer Relationships and Knowledge:
Identify and engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs.

Service Delivery:
Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
Provide customers with detailed knowledge of the companys products and solutions.

Handle customer complaints and queries in line with company policy
Facilitate smooth progress and flow of customer projects.
Administration and Reporting:
Complete all required administrative tasks and reports including but not limited to:
Daily logging of client meetings
Weekly log sheets
Submission and follow-up of quotes
Weekly estimates
CCR (Customer Complaint Report) logging and follow-up
Review of back-orders and customer stock control
Annual budgeting
Pre-production and rough order submissions
Ad hoc reporting as requested by management
