- Own and drive outbound pipeline generation strategically.
- Qualify and nurture inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) ensuring readiness before handover.
- Book well-prepared high-conversion calls for Account Executives that align to ICP and solve real painpoints.
- Maintain and grow a personal target account list using Account Based Marketing (ABM) techniques.
- Track and optimize prospecting activities in our Customer Relationship Management and sales engagement tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and Account Executives to improve messaging personas and outbound campaign execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SDR playbooks talk tracks objection handling and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 3 years experience as a Sales Development Rep (SDR) or Business Development Rep (BDR) in a high performing fast paced tech sales environment selling Managed Services Cloud Solutions Cybersecurity Networking SaaS Outsourced Services Sales and Office Automation.
- Proven ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g. dials per day meetings booked per week high SQL-to-opportunity conversion).
- Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder deals and speaking credibly to senior decision-makers (IT Managers CIOs CFOs).
- Experienced in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Outreach HubSpot Salesforce and intent-data platforms.
- Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with the ability to self-manage a pipeline and identify areas for improvement.
