Job Description
Creating and maintaining user manuals process documentation and system guides
Supporting the development of standard operating procedures and training material
Ensuring documentation aligns with company standards and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in content development technical writing or similar
Ability to analyse technical information and communicate it clearly
Experience documenting workflows system specs and business processes
Familiarity with tools like Confluence SharePoint or similar documentation platforms
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Finance or a related field
