Job Description

The Senior Back-End Java Developer will be responsible for designing and developing new features as well as maintaining the existing platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performance and well structured database architecture
  • Develop high-performance and efficient code
  • Analyse and resolve technical problems and system bugs
  • Implement and update unit tests for new and existing code
  • Maintain build scripts and automation
  • Deploy full stack releases to AWS
  • Clearly document new and existing code

Experience:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar
  • AWS Certificate or Java OCA (desirable)
  • 5 years back-end development experience
  • Experience in a cloud environment Java back-end development and relational database
  • Experience with Java Spring Boot framework MySQL Cloud Technology (AWS) REST APIs and Git Version Control
