Senior Developer (AWS Integration)

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our clients team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the call center and customer experience domain. Our client is a leading provider of customer interaction and workforce management solutions helping large enterprises optimize their processes and deliver exceptional service. With a comprehensive suite of software products they offer innovative tools that enhance customer engagement streamline operations and improve overall service delivery. We are launching a new integration project that connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and APIs using to support platform integration. 
• Design and implement scalable secure and maintainable solutions on AWS. 
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure. 
• Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers. 

Qualifications :

• 5 years of professional experience with and JavaScript/TypeScript 
• Solid experience with Amazon Connect and  AWS services such as API Gateway S3 DynamoDB CloudFormation etc. 
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture. 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD Docker Terraform etc.). 
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. 

Nice to have:

• Prior work with companies in the contact center domain such as Genesys Alvaria or Five9.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing. 
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g. CloudWatch ELK stack).
