Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct guided game drives and nature walks ensuring the safety comfort and enjoyment of guests.
Share in-depth knowledge of local flora fauna birdlife and conservation principles in an engaging and educational manner.
Monitor and report on wildlife sightings and environmental conditions.
Maintain game drive vehicles equipment and guide tools to the highest standard.
Assist with conservation and reserve management activities when required.
Provide exceptional guest service creating memorable safari experiences.
Requirements
Requirements:
Nature Site Guide (CATHSSETA) qualification with valid registration.
Valid First Aid certificate.
Valid driver s license with a PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong passion for wildlife conservation and environmental education.
Professional well-presented and guest-focused.
Preferred Attributes:
Previous guiding experience in a Big 5 environment.
Birding knowledge and tracking skills.
Multi-lingual abilities.
