Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a high-end luxury spa based in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in spa operations and management looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in spa management within a luxury setting
Strong financial acumen including the ability to interpret and manage financial statements and operating budgets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver s licence and own reliable transport (no car sharing)
Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism
