Job Description

Introduction

Our client a boutique law firm based in Sandton is looking for a Conveyancer with full knowledge of drafting FNB and ABSA bonds and bond cancellations

Responsibilities

  • Drafting of FNB and ABSA bond and bond cancellations
  • Full knowledge of Lexis Convey
  • Full knowledge of E4 and Stordoc
  • Draft and review contracts agreements and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients estate agents and other stakeholders.
  • Manage property files ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
  • Admitted Attorney
  • Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience
  • Notary Public will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Package & Remuneration

Salary negotiable in line with experience
