Job Description

Introduction

A leading law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the full HR function from onboarding and employee data management to benefits administration and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee data on ELMA system (onboarding to exit)
  • Provide HR reporting and support internal HR queries
  • Administer employee benefits and liaise with payroll
  • Prepare employment contracts HR letters and manage exit documentation
  • Support inductions and coordinate orientation logistics
  • Ensure compliance with Legal Practice Council (LPC) regulations

Requirements

  • HR diploma or relevant qualification (advantageous)
  • 2–3 years' HR admin experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of BCEA LRA EE Act & LPC regulations
  • High attention to detail confidentiality and ability to multitask
