Job Description
Introduction
A leading law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the full HR function from onboarding and employee data management to benefits administration and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data on ELMA system (onboarding to exit)
- Provide HR reporting and support internal HR queries
- Administer employee benefits and liaise with payroll
- Prepare employment contracts HR letters and manage exit documentation
- Support inductions and coordinate orientation logistics
- Ensure compliance with Legal Practice Council (LPC) regulations
Requirements
- HR diploma or relevant qualification (advantageous)
- 2–3 years' HR admin experience
- Strong MS Office skills
- Knowledge of BCEA LRA EE Act & LPC regulations
- High attention to detail confidentiality and ability to multitask
