Where youll be working:
Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Dietitian to join the Integrated Care Hunter and Mid North Coast Community Diabetes Education Team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
Based in beautiful Newcastle NSW this role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing medical nutrition therapy and education to people living with diabetes and their carers.

About you:
The Integrated Care Hunter and Mid North Coast Diabetes Team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dietitian with a genuine passion for supporting people living with this rewarding role youll work with patients across the spectrum including type 1 type 2 gestational and emerging forms of diabetes delivering high-quality nutritional care tailored to their individual needs.
Were looking for someone with experience in diabetes management (or a strong interest in developing their skills in this area) who can provide patient-centred evidence-based care across a range of settings. Youll be delivering one-on-one consults group sessions and telehealth services and will have the opportunity to work across multiple sites within the local health district.
