Job Description
RPO Recruitments client a well-established and leading building contractor in Cape Town is seeking to appoint a qualified Construction Manager to join their team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering top-quality projects on time and within budget. This opportunity offers excellent room for growth and exposure to the construction industry.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Building/BTech degree in Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading on-site execution of a variety of projects such as painting roofing waterproofing and maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while guiding and managing site staff in order to deliver top-quality projects on time and within budget
- Possess technical skills across multiple disciplines
- Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent problem solving skills
- Professional and presentable with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Valid drivers license

Salary: R360K R300K basic salary excluding company benefits
