REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of industry relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong legal background within the property or conveyancing sector
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to perform well under pressure
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with Nedbank Bond processes (advantageous)
DUTIES:
Drafting and preparing legal documents including:
Sale agreements
Transfer documents
Bond documents
Liaising with clients estate agents banks and municipalities
Managing timelines and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Handling Deeds Office processes including tracking lodgements and registrations
Collecting and verifying FICA documentation
Calculating costs and preparing financial statements related to property transactions
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and correspondence
