Job Description
Unit Secretary/Surgery Ambulatory

Work location: Texas Health Frisco 12400 N Dallas Parkway Frisco TX 75033
Work hours: Full Time Days (0600-1230) Monday Friday for 30 hours per week.
Surgery Ambulatory Department highlights:
Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
Fast-Paced high-volume department averaging 40-50 patients/day
Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
Close collaboration with unit Charge nurse as well as other departments including OR Cath lab GI lab
Heres What You Need
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
Outpatient/Hospital setting experience helpful
Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment positive interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Do
ORGANIZATIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Performs all tasks to meet the needs of physicians staff patient and other customers
Demonstrates acceptable organizational skills
Communicates effectively
Interactions include consideration for patient population specific needs
Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks
