We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to oversee Account Receivables and support our Fiduciary departments ensuring effective credit control and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
Track Account Receivables and provide ageing reports to management for cash flow projections.
Evaluate and enhance credit control protocols fully adhering to credit policy and procedures.
Manage debtor collections issuing interim/monthly statements and conducting timely follow-up via emails and calls.
Maintain Age Analysis Reports with progress comments report delinquent accounts to the Group Senior Credit Controller.
Perform daily bank reconciliations; ensure bank accounts match statements.
Process monthly Debit Order instructions for submission.
Draft fee proposals and assist Trust department administratively.
Generate monthly annual and daily debtor invoices process credit notes accurately.
Maintain and update client profiles; manage direct client and Fiduciary department communications.
Attend cash flow and related meetings contributing reports as required.
Foster good working relationships across branches and departments.
Adhere to company rules and policies; maintain a positive professional attitude.
Work accurately under pressure meeting all deadlines consistently.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 with experience in Debtor Collections / Credit Control.
Minimum 3 years industry-specific credit control experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
Accounting diploma beneficial but not mandatory.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Fiduciary knowledge advantageous.
Excellent computer skills; experience with Xero Accounting beneficial.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficient in Google Office Suite and/or MS Office Strong IT skills are an advantage Experience and ability to operate the WorkPool system is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude and appearance.
