Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a professional and experienced Management Couple for a well-established luxury property group based in the scenic Waterberg region. This is a live-in role best suited to a dedicated couple with strong operational and hospitality management skills who thrive in a remote bush environment.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality or lodge management ideally as a couple
Strong operational guest relations and administrative skills
Hands-on flexible approach with the ability to adapt to various roles as needed
Excellent communication and leadership qualities
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Financial acumen and understanding of budgets and stock control
Comfortable with living and working in a remote location
Computer literate with experience using lodge or property management systems
Valid driver s licences for both applicants
Additional Information:
No pets permitted
Unfortunately no children can be accommodated due to space limitations
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete Shadowmatch worksheets online
Final candidates will be subject to a pre-screening polygraph and psychometric assessment
