What you will be doing:
- Coordinate full-lifecycle software and customer implementation projects ensuring delivery is on time within scope and on budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams (sales engineering) and external stakeholders (customers third-party providers) acting as a customer advocate.
- Manage project dependencies and guide the team to ensure the delivery plan is successfully met and to the highest quality.
- Maintain and continuously improve project processes to enhance overall efficiency and success.
- Facilitate and run all necessary project meetings including status updates and retrospectives.
- Continuously grow your industry knowledge and actively contribute to the ongoing success of the team and the company.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree would be ideal.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience on software projects with a strong background in formal corporate or B2B environments.
- Experience within the Financial Services Payments or FinTech industry is highly desirable combined with a general background in the tech/information technology sector.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization from technical teams to external clients.
- Training in Prince2 PMP or Agile methodologies is a significant advantage.
- A history of successfully delivering on projects with multiple products and teams in a fast-paced market-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by excellent organizational and planning abilities.
