Position : Customer Service & Admin Support VA
Working Schedule : 8a-4p PST
Salary Range :$1200-$1500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and tech-comfortable Customer Service & Admin Support VA to provide responsive high-quality customer interaction while also supporting backend administrative functions. This is a dual-role position with a primary focus on Customer Service and light but essential Administrative Support duties.
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator comfortable on the phone and able to think critically when handling incoming queries or tasks. You will be working closely with a fast-moving executive so reliability responsiveness and sound judgment are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties (Primary Focus):
- Answer incoming phone calls; screen spam route priority calls and send text responses as needed.
- Respond to common customer questions; send links and FAQs.
- Monitor voicemail; respond or escalate as needed.
- Send quick WhatsApp updates to Eric with call summaries and key updates.
- Maintain a friendly professional tone while assisting customers across channels.
- Coordinate lightly with customers regarding schedules or follow-ups.
Administrative Support Duties (Secondary Focus):
- Set up show pricing and customer orders in Boomer (training provided).
- Perform basic CRM data entry in HubSpot (e.g. updating contact records).
- Assist with simple scheduling task tracking and coordination.
- Maintain organized files and documents via OneDrive and MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the same position
- English fluency clear confident and professional phone presence.
- Customer service experience especially handling phone-based and digital communications.
- Strong phone handling skills and comfort using VoIP tools (e.g. OpenPhone HubSpot dialer).
- Basic CRM knowledge preferably with HubSpot (data entry contact updates).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and OneDrive for file management.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly training provided for Boomer and internal systems.
- Basic administrative experience scheduling follow-ups tracking updates.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
