Execute the process of collecting food samples as per QA documentation requirement
Manage the entire fleet of cleaners and cleaning processes as per company requirements.
On the job Training as per company requirements as per QA and Qpro requirements
Full execution of kitchen and Food court maintenance plan with daily logging and follow up schedule as well as weekly submission to all stakeholders concerned
Maintain orderly filing system of relevant records and reports as per Qpro requirements.
Ensure that the Companys standard on cleanliness and hygiene is adhered to
Issue warnings for non-compliant of health and safety procedures
Follow up on progress of each unit
Resolve complaints in an effective and constructive manner informing all stakeholders on resolution
Manage all IOD claims and submissions
May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility
