Job Description
Set up operate and monitor pouch packaging machines (e.g. form-fill-seal machines spout pouches stand-up pouches).
Perform start-up changeover and shutdown procedures according to company SOPs.
Ensure correct materials (film spouts caps etc.) are loaded and used for each production run.
Monitor product quality including seal integrity pouch appearance and proper coding/labeling.
Conduct routine quality checks and record results per QA guidelines.
Identify report and assist in resolving mechanical and operational issues with the equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area in accordance with GMP and safety regulations. TO APPLY EMAIL CV ;
