Our Client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join its team. This role involves engaging with potential clients understanding their lifestyle and wellness goals and converting inquiries into high-value memberships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships promoting luxury offerings and supporting sales strategies to achieve set targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with walk-ins leads and referrals to convert inquiries into memberships
Identify client needs and match them with suitable membership packages and services
Provide detailed information on gym programs personal training and wellness offerings
Maintain strong relationships with existing members to promote retention and referrals
Use CRM systems to manage and track client interactions
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Handle membership inquiries and follow-ups promptly and professionally
Assist with in-club marketing and promotional initiatives
Minimum 2 years experience in sales or customer service ideally in the fitness or wellness industry
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of wellness and fitness trends
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
