Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs manage risks and enhance supplier performance.
- Lead contract development and compliance ensuring alignment with business and regulatory standards.
- Build strong supplier relationships and maintain in-depth market knowledge to support sourcing decisions
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance delivering insights and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across departments to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management; or Logistics Management or Business Administration
- 7 years experience in Supply Chain Management with at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing contract management and supplier relationship management
- Valid Drivers License
