A fast-growing design-led hospitality and lifestyle brand is looking for a Marketing Manager with proven expertise in social media strategy and performance marketing. This role is all about driving direct bookings boosting revenue and growing brand visibility through high-impact digital campaigns. Youll lead a small team work closely with senior leadership and manage a full-funnel marketing strategy that blends creativity with data-driven results.
Develop and execute a social-first multi-channel marketing strategy focused on direct revenue growth
Plan and run high-performing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads paid social programmatic advertising and retargeting
Oversee and innovate social media strategy content calendars and audience engagement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with seasonal trends events and revenue goals
Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator ensuring flawless execution of campaigns
Partner with agencies/freelancers to scale creative and paid media output
Monitor analyse and report on performance using insights to continuously optimise ROI
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications
35 years marketing management experience (hospitality travel or e-commerce preferred)
Demonstrated success in social media strategy and performance marketing including paid media campaign optimisation
Proven expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads SEO analytics and audience targeting
Strong storytelling and content strategy skills
Data-driven with excellent project management skills
Leadership experience with a collaborative hands-on approach
