Job Description
A marketing services company in Cape Town is looking for an energetic Graphic Designer with a 3-year Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and commercial experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and adaptable designer to bring a clients brief and concept to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and be a skilled user of Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign. The position requires someone who can work on multiple briefs at the same time and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced marketing environment. If you have an active interest in art and design and are passionate about the work you deliver we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Bring the brief and concept to life based on the clients needs and vision.
- Collaborate with project coordinators and copywriters.
- Adhere to a clients brand identity and guidelines.
- Ensure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format sizes and colour codes before being sent to the client for approval.
- Work on multiple briefs simultaneously.
Requirements:
- A 3-year Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
- Proven commercial experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word
