Job Description

This highly technical role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a holistic 360-degree view of the business to ensure all departments are aligned with overall objectives. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who is technically sound and thrives in a collaborative team environment.



Outline product development and market positioning strategies
Identify and analyze customer needs to drive solutions
Track and analyze product performance metrics
Identify and fix prototype issues
Facilitate effective product training to enhance team knowledge

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience (RF Electronics experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Leadership role
Masters degree highly advantageous
Great interpersonal skills
Technical acumen

Qualification:
BSc/ BEng in Electronics Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
