Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to engineering leaders fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the design and development of scalable system architectures that serve as the foundation for company products.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to develop technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Stay handson by setting engineering standards writing code debugging and troubleshooting to maintain deep technical understanding.
Regularly review engineering initiatives to ensure adherence to best practices and highquality standards.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement automation and performance optimization.
Serve as a technical authority offering insights into emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
Solid foundation in software engineering
Over 5 years of seniorlevel management experience
Proven leadership in overseeing teams of 40 engineers
Deep expertise in AI product development with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs)
Strategic thinker with a compassionate approach committed to fostering growth and a supportive team environment
