Our client is a topnotch financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Develop and execute vendor management strategies aligned with the banks operational goals and regulatory standards. Maintain and enforce related divisional and/or bankwide policies.

  • Ensure all thirdparty vendors adhere to banking regulations data protection standards and enterprise risk frameworks.

  • Take charge of or support in the selection evaluation and onboarding of vendors. Offer strategic input during contract negotiations and ensure smooth integration of new partners.

  • Set key performance metrics track service delivery and conduct regular business reviews to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.

  • Explore ways to drive cost effectiveness while nurturing vendor relationships. Handle budget planning performance analysis and financial forecasting related to vendor services. Evaluate new proposals and change orders in relation to approved budgets.

  • Collaborate with Legal IT Compliance Procurement and Business Units to ensure unified vendor governance. Encourage innovation knowledge sharing and crossvendor collaboration to improve service quality.

  • Proactively manage vendorrelated concerns ensure timely resolution of escalations and lead corrective initiatives where necessary.

  • Employ modern tools and systems to refine vendor oversight enhance visibility and improve decisionmaking through datadriven insights.

  • Maintain accurate vendor risk records ensure regulatory documentation is in order and prepare auditready reports in accordance with banking regulations.

  • Build and manage a skilled team specializing in transformation and risk. Develop programs to attract engage and grow highpotential talent focused on service excellence.

  • Deliver concise timely analytics and insights to leadership for better strategic alignment of vendor activities. Support both internal and regulatory reporting needs.

  • Conduct routine audits to validate compliance maximize commercial value and uncover areas for operational improvement.

  • Execute tasks as delegated by the Chief Operating Officer of the BoF.


Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years in roles covering vendor operations contract management procurement or regulatory compliance ideally with transformation experience.

  • Strong track record in vendor negotiation compliance risk mitigation and overseeing multimillion dollar thirdparty engagements.

  • Indepth knowledge of banking laws thirdparty oversight and regulatory frameworks especially in Vietnam.

  • Proven leadership in project execution process improvement and people development.

  • Ability to communicate with influence lead crossfunctional teams and manage senior stakeholders.

  • Fluent English speaker (TOEFL PBT 650 / IELTS 6.5) Vietnamese proficiency a plus.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and financial software/tools.

  • Highly adaptable resultsdriven and thrives in complex environments.

  • Certified ThirdParty Risk Professional (CTPRP).

  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
