Our client is a top-notch company specialized in textiles and garments who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and oversee the departments annual OPEX/CAPEX plan.
Participate in meetings to stay updated on production-related developments.
Partner with the Technical and Sample teams to proactively address production challenges ensuring timelines and quality standards are maintained.
Delegate tasks across departments based on capacity and expertise to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs.
Supervise machinery and equipment usage to drive maximum operational output.
Review and authorize documents associated with production processes focusing on efficiency quality and budget control.
Ensure 6S workplace hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
Compile and present performance reports (cutting sewing CMP finishing etc.) in scheduled leadership meetings.
Analyze quality reports and develop improvement plans.
Minimum 4 years experience in garment manufacturing or a similar production-focused leadership role.
Solid background in factory operations risk assessment and initiative management.
Familiar with inspection protocols and quality control procedures.
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
Well-versed in operational stages such as stamping cutting sewing and product finishing.
English fluency is essential to effectively perform in this position.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify gaps and implement strategic improvements.
Excellent communicator with negotiation conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong time and resource management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues creatively and make sound decisions.
Experienced in team leadership coaching and building positive working relationships.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and experience in recruitment and team growth.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools.
High level of integrity accountability and professional responsibility.
