Our client is a company specialized in media who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee the customer development function within the department and ensure sustained client engagement growth.
Formulate strategic sales plans and ensure effective execution across teams.
Lead and manage two sales teams (approximately 14 staff members in total) to achieve assigned revenue goals aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
Provide hands-on support to team members in client meetings and collaborate with client-side departments to build tailored media and communication proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher. Applicants must be 32 years or older with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing sales teams (7 members).
Demonstrated ability in market research brand promotion and marketing execution.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent capabilities in communication coordination problem-solving and decision-making.
High energy resilience and a proactive attitude toward handling pressure.
Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network or client base in the advertising industry.
