Job Description
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- In charge for maximizing all hotel top line performance room and F&B activity.
- Analyze market trends competitor pricing and customer demand to inform decision- making.
- Monitor and adjust room rates availability and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present revenue forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to enhance pricing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Hotel Management School or general Business school.
- Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
- A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities experience in study cases market research and studies with mathematical background
- Languages: fluent in the national language and good level in English
