Requirements
Requirements
5 7 years of experience in backend systems using languages such as Python or Java.
Solid expertise in designing system architectures and making strategic technical decisions.
Comfortable using AI coding tools like Cursor or Windsurf in daily workflows.
Either prior experience or the capability and motivation to quickly master it.
Strong belief in and use of automated testing to ensure system reliability.
At least 1 year leading projects or teams including mentoring and delivery ownership.
Deep passion for solving customer problems and shaping meaningful product experiences not just writing code.
Skilled at engaging with customers or domain experts to understand pain points and turn them into valuable features.
Blend creative thinking and analytical rigour to solve complex problems with business impact in mind.
Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment; take initiative and shift focus when needed.
Strong team player who can also take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
Fluent in English able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passionate about learning new tools tech and domains to work smarter and ship faster.
Have experience experimenting with AI tools building simple projects or playing with prompt-based systems.
