Our client is a leading fashion company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Take ownership of brand development initiatives within the regional hub overseeing execution and order management for the assigned brand.
Ensure the team operates efficiently in alignment with brand requirements.
Oversee calendar planning and manage brand timelines effectively.
Build and sustain productive relationships with vendors and external partners.
Execute strategies aligned with compliance corporate responsibility sustainability and traceability objectives.
Serve as the central contact for executing brand strategies and contribute actionable insights and solutions.
Meet targets related to service delivery product performance and cost efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous process enhancement.
Mentor and grow team members ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
A bachelor s degree in apparel textiles supply chain or a relevant field.
At least 8 years of hands-on brand management experience with proven leadership responsibilities.
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions from design concept to product delivery and a track record in building capability within teams.
Strategic mindset with experience shaping global sourcing initiatives in line with brand direction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills supported by a professional network.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data.
Strong negotiation capabilities.
Adaptable and agile in dynamic business environments.
Proficient in English and the local language (written and spoken).
In-depth knowledge of intimate apparel and close-to-body product lines for both genders.
A creative thinker who can influence stakeholders and champion innovation for brand growth.
Resourceful and proactive in identifying opportunities and delivering brand-enhancing solutions.
Comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
