Our client is a leading company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop operational strategies and ensure effective execution to guarantee that game products are developed and launched on schedule and meet expected quality standards.
Design improve and oversee cross-departmental workflows especially within the game publishing value chain to optimize efficiency and increase product success rates.
Build and implement data platforms to support operations and foster a company-wide data-driven mindset.
Act as a strategic bridge between the CEO and operational teams translating company goals into clear actionable plans.
Collaborate with HR to develop talent cultivate a performance-oriented culture and promote core company values to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
At least 5 years of executive-level experience (Head Director or COO) in the technology sector preferably with a background in gaming products.
Proven track record in building and optimizing operational systems internal workflows and cross-departmental management.
Strong strategic mindset with solid system design capabilities and exceptional execution and coordination skills.
Deep understanding of data-driven operations and how to apply them effectively within an organization.
Strong leadership analytical thinking communication and decision-making skills.
