Our client is a leading company specialized in healthcare who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels and maintain an active pipeline.
Initiate early-stage engagement with talent and maintain regular communication to keep the candidate pool active.
Manage and update company social media platforms to support employer branding and attract talent
Recruitment Operation
Draft and tailor job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Initial engage with candidates
Coordinate the interview process
Keep hiring dashboard updated
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role especially in volume/mass hiring environments.
Passionate about talent acquisition and talent development.
Familiarity with candidate sourcing across platforms such as Facebook TopCV CareerViet and ITviec.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and effectively prioritize in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
